This week has been good.
We worked really hard to get Sister Geeta's baptism perfect and it went really well. We had pretty decent Branch Support and President Thakoor did everything very well with little to no help. This Sunday we had the confirmation and all we had to do was go over what president Thakoor had to say. It was his very first confirmation to do and so he was very nervous but once he started going, the spirit took over. The spirit was very strong in that room and people after thought we had helped him. I know that blessing he gave to his daughter was exactly what the Lord wanted him to say. After it happened he said he couldn't remember what he had said. It was really cool.
Today we had our zone activity and we played soccer on a field next to the New Amsterdam public hospital and some Cuban doctors saw us playing so they joined us. It was pretty fun.
Elder Sanchez is pretty good. We are having fun and working hard. We are preparing for our next baptism on on April 7th.
OH and tell Grandma and Grandpa happy 50th anniversary. That's pretty cool.
Here is a picture of Sister Geeta's baptism and a picture of a wonderful steak meal we had after the Baptism. We found a barbecue that sells stake every Saturday for only $2000 GYD. It was fantastic.
